Welcome!

The objective of this website is to help you properly prevent and treat athletic related injuries

Athletic injuries do not just happen to athletes. They may happen to anyone who is physically active. The older you get the more prone to injury you are. A lot of injuries happen to the "weekend warrior" someone who works a regular job but signed up for the company softball team and pulled his hamstring running to third. The key is to properly take care of that injury so you don't miss work the following Monday.

What is the difference between a separated shoulder and a dislocated shoulder?

A separated shoulder is a sprain of the acromioclavicular joint (AC joint) and a dislocated shoulder is a dislocation of the glenohumeral joint. See shoulder injuries
